The son of actor Roberto Contreras, his film debut was in Close Encounters of the Third Kind. Contreras appeared in multiple movies for director Walter Hill: The Long Riders, 48 Hrs., Extreme Prejudice, Red Heat, Geronimo: An American Legend, and Last Man Standing. He will forever be known as Biker #2 (the biker with an eye patch) who suggests his gang, Satan's Helpers, stab, tattoo, hang, and then kill Pee-Wee Herman after he knocks over all their motorcycles outside the biker bar. Later, Biker #2 wishes Pee-wee good luck in finding his bike after he impresses them with his dancing. Contreras died of cancer in 2004 at 53.
