He became known through the recurring supporting role of Lars Lehnhoff in “Stromberg” (2005–2012, 26 episodes as well as in the 2013 feature film), further roles include Commissioner Fischer in “Aus dem Nichts” (2017, directed by Fatih Akin), appearances in “Rheingold” (2021), “SOKO Stuttgart: Schachmatt” (2022), “Hotel Mondial: Der perfekte Sturm” (2023), “Die Pfefferkörner,” “Notruf Hafenkante,” “Wilsberg,” “Tatort,” and feature films such as “Die österreichische Methode” (2004), “Morscholz” (2008, lead role, nomination for Förderpreis Deutscher Film), and “Parkour” (2009); additionally, he is active as a Blue Man, musician (guitar, drums, violin), dancer (tango), and audio drama narrator.
