He is one of the few men in the business who has what he describes as an "all natural" look, including not having any tattoos or using any drugs or synthetics to help maintain his physical conditioning. He states he works out 24/7 and is eating more than he previously did, so as to maintain necessary calorie intake levels for his workouts. He is noted for his immense abdominal muscle definition.
