Sirena gained interest in acting at the age of 6, after watching her brother perform on the stage. Sirena started off by acquiring a recurring role on the final season of Orphan Black, acting opposite Tatiana Maslany. Afterwards, she was cast as a series regular on the CTV and NBC series Transplant. Following the first season of Transplant, Sirena was cast as a series regular on the MGM+ series Chapelwaite, opposite Adrien Brody. With the success of these series, Sirena quickly built a name for herself in the industry. She can next be seen as the lead in the Netflix film, Code 8 Part II. And also, in a supporting role in Caitlin Cronenberg's directorial debut; Humane.
