He is most remembered for the character of radio reporter Wally Ballou, as well as roles in Quick Change (1990), Get a Life (1990) and Cabin Boy (1994). He was married to Virginia Lee Peppers and Jane Frances Underwood. He died on February 2, 2016 in Cundy's Harbor, Maine, USA.
