In film business since 1996. In the early 2000s his company Cinema without Borders was the leading force of arthouse film distribution in Russia, in 2015 he also co-founded a Mosow-based distribution outfit Arthouse. Between 2001 and 2008, he was the author and host of the weekly show Magic of Cinema on the national TV channel Russia-K.
