After graduating from high school, he completed his acting training at the Zinner Studio in Munich and later pursued further professional development in Los Angeles, focusing on camera technique and acting methods. He gained wider recognition for his role as Commissioner Michael Zorowski in the Berlin-based *Tatort* series, starring alongside Winfried Glatzeder. In addition to his work in front of the camera, Reichel is also active as a voice-over artist. For instance, he provided the German voice for Ioan Gruffudd as Reed Richards—a.k.a. Mr. Fantastic—in the *Fantastic Four* films. Furthermore, he performed at *Theater44*, the private theater in Munich run by his parents. Reichel resides in Munich.
