Sarno-appearing in supporting roles in several of his most notable films such as Confessions of a Young American Housewife (1974), A Touch of Genie (1974), and Abigail Lesley Is Back in Town (1975). Fitch additionally appeared in films such as the horror film Massage Parlor Murders! (1973) and the cult comedy film Teenage Hitchhikers (1974).
